Final Blog

After Ralph sees the Naval Officer, he heads back home with him. it took two and half days to get home from the Island. Finally, Ralph gets home after being on the island for a while. He looks a mess, like a SAVAGE!! He knocks on the door of his home and it opens up quickly. He looks up and sees his mother. She begins to cry, because she misses him soo dearly. He smiles without saying a word, then takes another look at her and says " I'm okay mom" " I'm home." She holds him tight with more tears coming from her eyes.
They eventually go inside and have dinner. they talk about what happened and how they survived for such a long time. Dad said he missed him a lot, he prayed every night that Ralph would soon return home. Ralph smiled, " I miss you too dad" he said. Ralph continued talking about his epic journey. His brothers thought it was cool he became chief of everybody, and boy did they hate the sound of Jack.
It was bed time, and Ralph couldn't sleep. he would flip and flop on his bed back and forth. He'd open and close his eyes multiple times. He'd even punch his pillow like there was no tomorrow. He said he missed Simon and Piggy. They were like his two bestfriends, and he lost them. "The reason for Simon dying is all my fault" he thought to himself. None of this would've happened if we all just stuck together like family. everything went left and there's no way we can get right again.
One day Ralph's door was knocked on. He went to see who it was. You'll never believe it because I didn't for sure. It was Jack!! He came to tell me that he planned a funeral for both Simon and Piggy. "Well that was nice of you" Ralph said to Jack. " I wonder how their families feel about what happened." jack said that he told him it was all his fault. Ralph didn't believe him. So Jack gave him the rest of the information and they both went their separate ways.
June 9, 1990 ( The Day Of The Funeral.) Everyone Begins to show up, and Ralph, Jack, and Sam & Eric are each standing one both sides of the door greeting the guests. you could see the fake smiles as they walked by, some didn't even dare to show a pearly white. They eyeballed Jack as if they knew it was him with no questions asked. everyone is here.. 12:00 hits and the ceremony begins. Person by person they give their condolences and say what they have to say. It's now Four O'clock and the service has ended. everyone leaves including Jack, but Ralph stays. He begins to cry and fell to his knees. He yelled to the heavens and asked why it had to be them at such a young age. He sat there, he cried there, he even slept there. he refused to move his spot. All ralph could say was " I Lost my bestfriends." And that was all we will ever know.

Ch.5 Journal

Dear Diary, Ralph again did you miss me? Oh boy I've been waiting to write to you. I was walking along the beach today, I thought about how much of life is an improvisation and about how a considerable part of one’s waking life is spent watching one’s feet. I tried to get the group back in line by calling a meeting, At the meeting place, I gripped the conch shell and berate the boys for their failure to uphold the group’s rules.       If they don't listen we'll never get out this place. I'm ready to go home, but they don't care. It's not fair to me, Simon, and Piggy. I cant blame the littlun's because their still babies. Oh boy the boys are saying I'm not doing my job. What do I say? Do I call the meeting off? I'll just leave it right here       I don't know anymore diary. I'm gonna call it a day, and leave it to them. Then again never mind, I'm gonna stick here for a little bit. I wish you could write back to me or ...

Ch.11 Journal

Dear Diary, hey buddy how you been? The next morning, me and my few companions try to light the fire in the cold air, but the attempt is hopeless without Piggy’s glasses. Piggy, squinting and barely able to see, suggests that I hold a meeting to discuss their options. I blew the conch shell, and the boys who have not gone to join Jack's tribe assemble on the beach. They decide that their only choice is to travel to the Castle Rock to make Jack and his followers see reason. I've  decided to take the conch shell to the Castle Rock, hoping that it will remind Jack’s followers of his former authority. Once at Jack’s camp, however, my group encounters armed guards. Jack and I fought for the second time in a row, and Piggy cries out shrilly, struggling to make himself heard over the brawl. I heard  the rock falling, I dove and dodges it. But the boulder strikes Piggy, shatters the conch shell he is holding, and knocks him o...
